Terms of Service – SMS Messaging

By opting in or checking the consent box, you ("End User") agree to receive SMS messages from BuildingSD LLC ("Business") for purposes including promotional content, seasonal offers, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to receive recurring SMS messages from BuildingSD LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Types & Purpose

You will receive SMS messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

3. Opting Out (Cancel)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our business number (+1 619-393-6045). After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

BuildingSD LLC does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
